UBL schemas

Andrzej,

following our call on Tuesday, there is one other enumerated list that we
need to represent in UBL: namely the document file types or MIME types, as
required for the querySupport operation.

MIME & media types are quite complex, so we'll need to put a bit of thought
into this.  See
