ballot

I got 
a mail from Arle yesterday saying that he did not get a mail saying that the 
ballot had gone out. As only Andrzej, Reinhard and I voted I suspect this might 
have been the case for others. I would like to close the issue of measurement. I 
think we have discussed it in some detail and my understanding is that the last 
meeting came to the conclusion that the count types in XLIFF provided what we 
wanted at present. I would like to re-ballot on this as three votes does not 
meet quorum. However, I want to find out whether everyone was informed of the 
ballot by Kavi and see what happened there. If you could contact me to say 
whether or not you got details of this I would appreciate 
it.
