Peter sent a mail explaining how he saw the Uploadfile

We agree how the attachment is achieved is up to implementer is left up to the implementers. This should be specified in the implementers WSDL.
We agreed the call should be named uploadFile. The text in the call shall say this method is optional rather than the call is optional as in Peters draft.
Count
We agreed to copy this from the XLIFF specification but we will take out phase element which is used in XLIFFs count element. We will also state that we are using the count element from the XLIFF specification in our document.
Appendix 2 should be removed.
Appendix 4 should be amended to included the additional date about the uploadFile method.
We should create a sample sequence of calls showing how the Web services will be used. Peter will send a mail with a few examples and Magnus/ Team will contribute.
This will be complete by March 21st.
Reading final draft Reinhard will look at the draft from the week starting March 21st and we will ask Stephen Flinter to look at this from a technical perspective.
