Changes to specification

Hi,

 

I hope everyone is 
well.

 

I have made the 
final changes I was due to make to the specification.

 

Bryan Schnabel from 
the XLIFF TC has helped me by showing me how to call count from the XLIFF 
namespace. Bryan, thanks again for your help.

 

I have amended the 
following pages which no use the XLIFF count.

I have also changed 
the requestQuote page so that it returns the job ticket and availability and 
cleaned up the XSD on this page so that elements connected with Request were not 
placed in the Response box.
