Attached is a preliminary draft of the Survey of Methods of Trust Elevation document.  It contain the full document structure. 

 

The next step, if it this approach meets with the TC’s approval is to add more method examples.

 

Also attached is the latest version of the Trust  elevation Liaison Opportunities matrix, which comprises Appendix G.
