Working Draft for 4th Deliverable is uploaded

Hello TE TC - the final working draft for the 4th deliverable is now uploaded to the OASIS document repository (you should have received separate notification)

On the next TC call (November 12, 2015) there will be a motion to approve this WD as a Committee Specification Draft, ready for public review.

The motion text that will be used is:

Do you approve "Authentication Step-Up Protocol and Metadata Version 1.0 wd06" and all associated artifacts packaged together in https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/trust-el/download.php/56876 as a Committee Specification Draft and designate the .docx version of the document as authoritative.

If you are a voting TC member, please attend for quorum and voting.
