Thanks Don, thanks Peter. I'll tell them they can provide the comments whenever they are ready. Keep it informal.

Thanks,

I am okay with either option; more feedback / more better

Members of the Trust Elevation TC,

I have been asked if the TC would consider extending the public review to give some interested parties additional time to review the work and provide feedback. This could either be through the TC formally announcing an extension or simply allowing
me to communicate on behalf of the TC that comments will be accepted even if they come in after the formal deadline.

Given the interest in the work and the fact that the prior public review was over a year ago, I don't think this unreasonable.

Is one or the other option acceptable?

Thanks,

Members of the Trust Elevation TC,

Your 15-day public review for Authentication Step-Up Protocol and Metadata V1.0 CSPRD02 has been announced. The review ends on 01 December 2016. You can find the announcement at

https://www.oasis-open.org/news/announcements/public-review-for-authentication-step-up-protocol-and-metadata-v1-0-ends-dec-1st.

In addition to the OASIS web site announcement and the emails, I have tweeted the announcement and posted it to the OASIS LinkedIn group and FaceBook. Feel free to share/like/comment/retweet any of this to spread the word more broadly.

Also, please keep in mind the OASIS requirements for handling comments [1]. Non-TC member feedback can only be submitted to the TC's comment list
. The TC must have someone subscribed to this mail list to monitor comments. All submitted comments must be acknowledged by
the TC. In addition, the TC needs to maintain a log of comments received and their resolutions. The comment resolution log will need to be avaiable when you begin your next public review. A simple comment resolution log template is available in OpenDocument
 [2] and Office [3] format.

Let me know if you have any questions regarding the review or next steps.
