[ubl-cefact] Scheduling the discussion

Participants in this discussion should be aware that I am going to
be traveling for the next two weeks and will be unable to respond
in a timely way to contributions to the list.  Delay on my part
should not be taken as signifying anything more than an inability
to get to my mail.
