UBL - Certificate of Origin message design

Dear Sir,

We have been following the
development of UBL for the past few months and are keen to make a contribution.
As we understand, UBL 1.0 Beta, is scheduled for mid-Nov 2003 release.

 

Right now, we have developed the
Certificate Of Origin message specification based on XML schema. We are
intending to make it a globally accepted standards. Hence, we would like to
look into the possibility of working with UBL TC on the design &
development based on UBL design methodology. Please advise how this can be made
possible.
