The committee then walked through the NDR rules posted at:

We agreed that we followed all of the NDR rules identified using "CDL" but 
Marty noted that some information items were declared with types that 
probably should have been derived from code lists.  This was summarized in 
a post to the main UBL board for LCSC to consider:

Marty was tasked with considering and incorporating the comments made by 
Alan and the comments posted to the UBL list from Steve, Jon and Tim:
