Re: [ubl-cmsc] Additive or Subtractive Methodology?

Arofan's position paper on this subject for the NDR group should be 
available tomorrow; it sounds as if he is planning to advocate a limited 
kind of subtraction as a first step and a general kind of addition as a 
second step.  I'd like to see where he goes with this before weighing in.
