[ubl-comment] New UBL info

Two remarkable UBL presentations have just been donated to the
UBL web site:

The first is a UBL tutorial by Eve Maler of Sun and the UBL Naming
and Design Rules Subcommittee; the second is a detailed UBL
presentation by Gunther Stuhec of SAP and the UBL Library Content
Subcommittee.  Together they provide a terrific introduction to
what UBL is all about.  Please feel free to point anyone needing
information about UBL to these presentations.
