The UBL TC comment form is for comments to be logged against the
2.0 public review.  These won't be formally dealt with till our
May 2006 meeting in Brussels.

Please post questions relating to UBL on the ubl-dev list.  You

   Regarding Specification: In my domain the process of purchasing includes an approval (or acknowledgement) by the person paying for the product (a building) for the materials, equipment, and systems that comprise the product.  What consideration has been given to this ‘submittal review’ process?  Thanks.
