UBL 2.0 / Invoice 

Compare to UBL 1.0 AllowanceCharge/cbc:Amount is required. The problem is that an Allowance may have been negociated by Percent (not by Amount) and in this case, the Invoice may contains the Allowance in Percent...
Both may be transmitted but also either one or other..
Suggest to make AllowanceCharge/cbc:Amount optional
