Wrong errata zip file

Hello,

please note the specification has an error on both the following paragraphs:

2.1 New installation
2.2 Existing installation

The errata package should be

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/errata-UBL-2.0.zip

instead of

http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/prd-UBL-2.0-update-delta.zip
