NOTES

The markup is not all that readable but intended to be
executable, given an execution engine (eventually) but
the chain of tests and content of tests is unambiguous
and could be used by a test suite engineer to create, say,
perhaps, a sequence of Schematron or other tests or a
human readable test spec like those used by WS-I to
profile web services (Basic Profile Test Assertions, etc)
or W3C test assertions for the SOAP specifications.
