There might be a logical explanation to this though I agree that this looks odd. I am not exactly sure why the indicator is 0..n. In all cases, the entire PostAwardProcess ABIE was added to UBL 2.2 so we wonât be able to change the cardinality
 in 2.3.

which is found in the AwardedNotification why is the ElectronicPaymentUseageIndicator 0...n rather than 0...1?  And what would it mean if there were more than one?

 

Is this a historical anomaly, and does anyone seriously expect anyone to use n > 1?
