no ISC meeting tomorrow

Hello,

As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I will be unable to chair tomorrow's 
ISC call.  As I have not been able to find a substitute chair, I'm 
cancelling the meeting.  If you have items for discussion, please feel 
free to post to the list.  Our next meeting will be the following week, 
19 February, and I urge those who can make it to attend that meeting, as 
it will be our final meeting before the F2F.
