OpenOffice/StarOffice UBL import

Hi,

I'd like to show to you, a first working example of how UBL instances 
can be imported into openoffice 1.1 or StarOffice 7. Attached you find a 
snapshot of our work, as well as a short document outlining the 
procedure with some screenshots.

I must ask you not to distribute this package any further, since it is 
just a development snapshot.
