Progress on the Chinese transaltion example.

As i mentioned on our last call, Chin Chee-Kai has been experimenting 
with ways to generate schemas for translated versions of the UBL models.

His latest approach has been to transform existing schemas and apply a 
translation table.  I am attaching the results and the tables he used 
for the translation.
