Re: UBL dictionary: first draft

Many thanks to Patrick Yee and Yukinori Saito for their quick
reviews of the UBL data dictionary.  I look forward to speaking
with you next week!

We are still lacking a review from the ESLSC and corrections to
the Korean translation.  I hope that we can get these in time for
next week's meeting.
