[ubl-lsc] Distribution for Review 0p65

As agreed upon at the last UBL Liaison Committee 
meeting, this is a pre-announcement to the members of LSC.   This is 
also going out to the UBL-NDRSC for review during this same time 
period.

 

Both groups are asked to review the documents and 
reply back to the UBL LCSC with comments, suggestions, critics of our 
efforts.  We have enclosed a document for this named, 
UBL_Comment-0p1.rtf.
