   Because of some last minutes changes to the XSD schema, this distribu=
   tion is now a whole and complete distribution.  If you had downloaded=
    and started to review the documents (called Part One) before today, =
   keep your comments (they are still relevant), but delete the old file=
   s and re-download the package.  This package includes the whole distr=
   ibution including the XSD and Perl script used to auto generate it.

   You are asked to review the documents and reply back to the UBL LCSC =
   with comments, suggestions, critics of our efforts.  We have enclosed=
    a document for this named, UBL_Comment-0p1.rtf.  The deadline for co=
   mments is 25 September, this gives us time to compile them and review=
    them during the UBL TC Face to Face meeting that will take place 1 -=
    4 October.
