[ubl-lsc] LSC meeting schedule

LSC members,

I will be sending out meeting minutes for 2 October 2002 later,
but FYI, we decided we could skip the LSC meeting that was
scheduled for 11 October and resume with the next regularly
scheduled meeting 25 October.
