Content:  Philip Helger gave an update on the intentions of Open PEPPOL: Open PEPPOL will come back with their approach to it. Action on CÃcile for next time: Remind Philip to inform this group.

Action on Paul for next time: Position the various legal acts  and check for synchronisation opportunities with the BRIS and Council regulation implemented by OP.  Structure of the BRIN document  In order to support both grouping and merging events and also to allow for a flexible approach the new proposal is : to add an element  BusinessPartyGroup consisting of: - array of BusinessParty - GroupType as textual element  - GroupTypeCode of type code (for EU: Merger, Grouping, ...)
For a Merger notice this BusinessPartyGroup element is mandatory  it will contain the list of merging business parties
