Draft 8

Dear sub comitee member

I have had a very busy week with lots of meetings. Therefore I have not had
the time to deliver draft 8 wedensday. On the side of the good news is that
we have bought a copy of EDIFIX, so I now am able to test the schemas (and
generate schemas) before sending it to you. I will do what ever I can to
have it finish monday.
