Accourding to the ordering process Index chapter 5.4 
you send an ordercancelllation when you receive an negative orderresponse 
simple. Many people tell me (including Martin and Mark) that this is not a 
common business practice. Maybe there are just missing an end-of-process 
after Receive Response, so the process can end when the supplier has refused to 
deliver.
