I am apologize but I need your help again.

I am updating the UBL library and I have the following doubts:

1- I created a new BBIE, LegalForm but I can't change its status from 
"InPreparation" to "Commit" ... if I click on the BBIE, the choice 
"Commit" doesn't appear in the popup menu ... is it normal?

2- the Dictionary Entry Name of the new Legal Form BBIE is wrong; I 
think that it should be "LegalForm. Text" while it is "Text". The 
Property Term and the UBL Name seem be correct ... I don't konw if I 
made some mistakes during  the creation of BBIE;

3- do you know if someone is working on the library? I found that some 
BBIEs have "InPreparation" Status but I did not modify them ... 
furthermore today eDoCreator seem be slower than past days.
