Last minute extra item for UBL 1.0 SBS cd2 package

[Apologies if you receive this twice - problems with mailserver meant I have
to resend it]

As liaison between UBL and ebBP I attended the ebBP
TC meeting yesterday and it was suggested that we
add to the UBL 1.0 SBS cd2 package (sorry that it's
last minute) the complete SBS Invoicing ebBP definition
I created earlier as an example and this could be added
too to the ebBP 2.0.1 cd package being prepared now.
I liked this idea and would like to add the attached with
a link to it from the SBS index.html
(pdf of amended version attached).

See new paragraph:
"A complete example of an ebXML Business Process
(ebBP 2.0.1) definition for simple invoicing with the
subset invoice is provided in the ebbp/ subdirectory
as a file named
ebxmlbp-2.0.1_ubl-1.0-invoice-sbs-1.0.xml."

This would add a few days to the schedule - to give
time for objections, if any, from the SBSC and to check
that the ebBP file is acceptable with the ebBP TC since they
would like to include the same example in the new ebBP
2.0.1 package.
