Freight Invoice is like a performa invoice 
  which is legally binding. Information from freight invoice is copied from 
  invoice with an addition shipment ASBIE. 
  
UCR in Packing List can be reference by 
  going from shipment to consignment to ID 
  
Definition from process document will be 
  copied to the various excel files as it is more clear and 
  concise. 
  
Freight billing process has been added to 
  place freight invoice within the 
process.
