Changes
     in COO to make digital signature attachment optional. 

 
Freight
     Invoice has been changed to be a class with the procurement’s
     invoice class with Transport’s shipment class 

 
Class
     diagram in the transport model will be changed to follow the formats used
     in procurement.

2 Jan week – finalization and approval

9 Jan week – Submission to OASIS

 
Spreadsheet
     to be frozen and XML schema to be generate this week. 

 
Tim
     explained the consolidation of combine use case. Transport process model
     and the consolidated diagram should be placed in the same EAP file as the
     class model diagram 

 
The
     three process in the transport model are

Initiate Transport Services process

-         
Certification of Origin of Goods process

-         
Freight Billing Process

 
Tim
     updated that Mike and Andy’s team would be interested in using UBL
     documents for pilot implementation of the  US Department of Transport
     (USDOT) Electronic Freight Manifest (EFM). USDOT has previously sent to
     UBL TSC the EFM document matrix listing the types of documents to be used.

     to update transport process document with the latest transport process
     diagram.
