        Sorry for the delay, i've made some revision to the "UC Diagram

and Description Initiate Transport Services 20060216b.doc" (rename 'a' to

'b') by enriching the content and adding one more use case on it. I am

fine to the other one which is covering the Freight Billing Services.

        Apology my absence in the past committee meetings, and will start

to catch up again.

        BTW, i will attend the UN/CEFACT meeting in Vancouver on mid

March, may be we can meet over there.

Over the past few weeks the UBL TSC has been working on  use case

descriptions for the documents involved.  These are more or less

narrative decriptions (using a worksheets layout) of the processes we

defined in the package.  We have found them useful id addressing

comments from reveiwers and also as an aid to understanding the business

ruless associated with these documents.

We have got to the point where we would like you both to look over the

defintions and give some comments (preferably sometime over the next

week).

I attach the latest working drafts for you to consider.

NB can you send any comments to the TSC list or to Kama and myself.
