Dear TSC,

Mike Onder has asked that I share the
attached briefing with you all as one step in engaging in a discussion about the
use of UBL in the Electronic Freight Management project. We may even have Tom
Timcho of Battelle join us for a bit on the call tomorrow. Tom was a key player
in the C(olumbus)EFM project and could give us some valuable insight regarding
UBL lessons learned on the project.
