B. Freightwise
Spreadsheets Status

latest spreadsheets are as follows:

Freightwise
     Documentataion for UBL 2.1 

Documentation from
Freightwise for UBL 2.1 should be consistent with UBL 2.0 documentation. 

 

The UBL 2.0 Table of
contents was used as a basis for discussing where Freightwise documentation
should fit within 2.1 Documentation. 

TM acknowledged that that
overall 2.1 Use Case Diagram needed to be reworked to account for FW as well as
other new activities being developed in the Procurement Subcommittee. 

Action TM to rework
overall Use Case diagram.

 

Section 4.1.6 Parties
needed to be supelmented with FW relevant synonyms. TM also commented that the
only entries in the table are those that appear in the class diagrams and spreadsheets.
Therefore, Treansport Regulator is not in the table but could be in the
activity diagram.

 

Need a new section 4.8
called Plan Transport Services. This section could use writeups and activity diagrams
from FW. 

Action: Audun and
Marianne.

This section would also
contain the Transport Execution Plan as well as previous documents such as FI,
BOL, Waybill and PL.

 

Need a new section 4.9
Execute Transport Services. This section could use writeups and activity
diagrams from FW.

Action: Audun and
Marianne.

This section would also
contain the Status documents including Transport Execution (Plan) status,
report status of goods (dealing with the shipement/consignment) and the Transport
Operation Status (dealing with the transport equipment.)

 

Section 4.11 Document
Types needs to be supplemented with TEP, TES, TOS.

 

 

5.UBL 2.1 Schemas

5.1 UBL 2.1 Document
Schemas needs to be supplemented with TEP, TES, TOS.

 

Finally, codelists for FW
need to be identified and included in Appendix E.6.1
