For discussion at our Thurs telecon, I
attach a candidate TSC updates file based upon the consolidated PSC/TSC
common spreadsheet recently posted. Mostly I generated some definitions and ask
that you review them as well as consider formulating additional defs for those
not yet done. Also there are a few questions embedded in the sheet.

LIBRARY (UBL2.1)
From Minutes of Atlantic UBL TC call 19 January 2010
TM: Spent
time with PLB today bringing together the TSC and PSC
common
library spreadsheets. Some editing remains to be done,
but we
now have a single merged 2.1 common library. All
further
changes to the common library will be done to the
single
master copy and made by the editor, Arianna Brutti of
ENEA. The common library supports all 32 new document types,
for a
total of 63; the total number of BIEs now exceeds 2000
(somewhere in the neighborhood of
2100).
Scheduling: The goal is to have spreadsheets ready for SGTG on
Monday 25
January and schemas ready for review at the meeting
in Copenhagen.

Codelists: A remaining task for the coming weeks and the

is to identify each list needing a
