UBL 2.1 PRD2 TSC models

Hello TSC,

 From the minutes of today's Atlantic TC call:

    ACTION: JB to inform TSC that they are now in the critical
    path for 2.1 PRD2 schema generation.

The urgency here is getting the models revised in time for Ken
Holman to do the SGTG thing before he leaves for a month.  So bear
in mind that the revised figures and descriptions can come later
(if that's any help).
