UBL TSC Telecon Wed, 2:30pm European time

Sorry for the late followup.  There is some confusion about time so I defer to 2:30pm Europe which timeanddate translates to 9:30am WashDC and 9:30pm Perth which is strange since US goes off daylight savings time next weekend.Did Europe go off DST this weekend? I will also check in at 8:30EDT.
