We are in the home stretch for resolving TSC issues for PRD03 of UBL 2.1. I believe we have only two (amalgamated) issues to Resolve.

I attach the latest version of the TSC issues list. A green shaded issue indicates that it has been discussed and agreed to. Red shaded means that it has been discussed and has been considered as not agreed to with some other approach being considered. Yellow shaded issue  has been discussed and still needs further discussion before we come to closure.

I encourage you all to participate.
