Proposed Final Transport model changes20121214.xls

Dear TSCers,

 

After collaborating with commenters on my initial set of changes, I attach my final proposed changes to the model as related to the Transport Domain.

Please feel free to review this set of changes and alert me to any possible errors. I ask Arianna to proceed with making these changes at her earliest opportunity so that Ken may proceed with his efforts to produce a UBL 2.1 PRD03. Once Ken has completed his tasks we can then confirm all is correct.
