Start up on model for Export Declaration Single Application with input from the EU Customs group:

Their work can be found here: https://svn.taxud.gefeg.com/svn/Documentation/EUCDM/EN/index.htm

               Peter went through the model and a Finish xml implementation of it. The EU Customs model is a GEFEG model that can be implemented in many ways. With the model follows a guideline that explains
 what is mandatory for the different Customs area.
