RE: [ubl-ttsc] SourceForge information and recommendation

Given the number of people in the ndr sc who will be testing parsers, it
would sure would be nice to have a version control system handling the
results matrix document, and the test files too for that matter. Would could
start using this about now ourselves, and decide whether to recommend it as
a standard tool later - if we like it. -Dale
