no separate ttsc meeting this week

Hi,

Since there have been so many joint calls (T/W/F) and David has now 
generated the final set of schemas, we will not hold a TTSC meeting this 
week.  Please instead download and check the schemas.  Any 
questions/anomalies should be sent to the ubl list.  The next joint ubl 
meeting will be Tuesday 13 April.  I encourage you to join that meeting 
if you are able.  I do anticipate holding the TTSC meeting on the 15th.
