[uddi-sc] UDDI SC ROP FINAL

Hi guys,

Attached is the final ROP incorporating all the changes agreed upon last
week. Again, sorry for the lateness, I was travelling the first half of
the week with limited access to email, and running a major customer
event yesterday.

Here are the incremental changes in this version. (Martin - thanks for
the good notes on the discussion last Friday!)

48-50		Inserted requirement that odd # of seats and staggered terms be
maintained

69-72		Inserted requiremnet for participation at 2/3 of all meetings.

146		Deleted the words "Technical Committees" so as not to restrict use
of funds collected.

Karl, if there are no comments by Monday AM consider this final. If I
missed anything or there are any additional changes before Monday, I
will update first thing Monday AM and forward you the update.
