RE: [uddi-spec] Problem with uddi.org web site

"Specifications", "Technical Notes" and "Best practices" have been
collapsed to "Technical Info" on the nav bar. From this location (still
at http://uddi.org/specification.html) you are guided to specs, TNs and
BPs on the TC pages. 

One BP and 2 TNs still exist on the UDDI.org page; these will be removed
as the TC adopts these.

The "specification" navigation bar link has disappeared. I can still get
to the page by going directly, but the navigation bar on the left no
longer provides a link to the specification page.
