As the author of CR009, please review the attached update
that resulted from a discussion of this change request in the meeting yesterday.

Change tracking is turned on, so the changes should be
easy to find.  The IPV4 address was removed as an option, so the domainKey
refers to hostname now instead of hostpart. 

Also there was some confusion on whether the key was a
complete representation of opaque_part and it appeared that it was more
likely a subset.

If you are in agreement with this change, the TC will
likely accept this as candidate material for the next errata, or we can
discuss this further on the next TC call.
