CR 32 and CR 36 ballots closed - both passed.

I'm happy to report that both CR 32 and CR 36 have both been added to the
UDDI V3 errata bucket based upon the ballots for each which just closed.
There were no negative votes.

We will now proceed with a vote on the WSDL V2 TN, the ballot for which I
will post shortly.
