Agenda for FTF in Moscow

Attached is the Agenda for our FTF next week.   We can adjust things as
needed, but I think this will keep us busy.  Much of the first day will be
occupied with tying up loose ends for the errata v3.0.1 document.   We will
review the doc for anything obvious during the meeting with the objective
being to get it posted for a formal review period as soon after the FTF as
possible.   A vote will be held to ratify v3.0.1 as soon as possible.
BTW - Luc plans to post the current state of the v3.0.1 docs, prior to its
review at the FTF so we can get some feedback before the meeting.   The
main focus for the remainer of the meeting will be for us to develop V4
requirements and work on proposed solutions depending on time available.
