some more comments about v3.0.1

Title: Message

In section 9.3.3 we 
find the last sentence reads: "This policy 
service is described below in Section 
9.3.3 Policy Service within 
UDDI." That happens to be the name of this section. 
I suggest we delete this sentence, or alter it to read 9.3.4 (which may be the 
intended reference).

 

I'd recommend that 
Section 9.6 start at the top of a new page.
