The LMI offices are almost equal distance from Dulles International 
(airport code: IAD) and Reagan National (DCA).  Though the trip 
from the Dulles airport to LMI provides a 
simpler route.  The following link can help with locating the offices

I can't vouch for which hotels on the list have the best reputation or prices, but the Double Tree is the closest (It's 
the hotel depicted on the map detail of the 
website).
