Did you want to submit this as a Change
Request for inclusion in what will be proposed as UDDI V3 standard (v3.0.2)
, or as a proposed enhancement in a new namespace (v.next)?

I'm very interested in seeing this go
forward, but I don't think we can justify it as a change request to the
V3 specification.
